We contract with most of the major health insurance carriers in this area. Unfortunately, we no longer accept new Medi-Cal patients to our practice. For patients without insurance we offer a 20% discount if you pay at time of service.

Our office will contact your insurance before any major in-office procedure or surgery so we can obtain authorization and estimate your out-of-pocket costs.

We will ask for some payment before any major procedure or surgery,but will be happy to set-up a payment plan for you.
